Officially Homeschooling!!!!
According to Northern Ireland Education Law if a child reaches the age of four by the first of July of a given year, he/she has to start to school by september of the same year. Josiah turned four in June making him a school aged child today.
The law of our land states:
" The parent of every child of compulsory school age shall cause him to receive efficient full-time education suitable to his age, ability and aptitude and to any special educational needs he may have, either by regular attendance at school or otherwise."
As a family we have chosen to homeschool our covenant seed. Today is really a milestone for both Josiah and us as a family. We are not tied down by any curriculum giving us the choice to pick what fits Josiah's aptitude. For now ABA seems the curriculum needed by our wee man. So we will embark on this historic day by starting our ABA and TEACCH which we have been seeing great gains in.
Josiah has started his day by helping me with the laundary. While I was piling up the clothes I dropped some on the floor, and my school aged child picked them up for me (without my asking) and followed me to the laundary room...all grown up already!!!
We are back on the GFCF diet...youpee...Josiah had his blood test last thursday. The Lord answered our many prayers and the blood draw went smoothly. We've been on the diet cold turkey with the addition of enzymes...and our sweet loving mild tempered child is back....we are so thankful to God for bringing Josiah's sweet temperness back.

Congratulations on joining the ranks of homeschoolers! We homeschooled our 3 children, and I would not trade that experience for anything. God bless you as you start out on this wonderful journey.
